Ode to the Broked Needle

Well, what a tragedy this morning. My faithful sewing machine needle gave its last breath and bent beneath the work strain at approximately 9:30a.m. That needle has given service through thick and thin, long and wide, night and day, and has held up for almost a year! But finally, the burden was too much to bear and it cracked.

Good thing I keep an extra set in my sewing box.

Seeing all your projects this summer has made me want to sew! So much, that when I get back to Provo (where my sewing machine is) I think I will start a project! I love the aprons- the fabric is gorgeous
